Cancellation Policy

We understand last-minute emergencies occur. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please text or call us (818)-309-5972 immediately. We require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Please note cancellations and/or rescheduling less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time or no-shows and/or we are not able to fill in your cancelled appointment, your credit card will be charged $50 for cancellation.

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late more than 15 minutes, your appointment will not be extended, and we may need to reschedule you. By rescheduling late arrival appointment, you agree to our 48 hours cancellation fees policy. Please do your best to show up on time, out of respect for your practitioner and our other clients.
